Baseball manager removes base, shows to ump, then throws it

This baseball manager is very upset about a call. After yelling in the umpire's face he rips one of the bases out of the ground, shows it to the ump and then throws it to outfield. After that he covers up homeplate with dirt and then continues to throw bats onto the field.
